Was new to Charlotte & found this shops reviews on google helpful, took my used Subaru here for service and felt very taken care of. They are honest, legit and won’t over charge you, very reasonable and don’t try to take advantage of others. My Subaru has been very happy being maintained by this shop which has integrity all over their name Kevin & Bill are extremely knowledgeable and car enthusiasts. Thanks to those who review this place. And gratitude to the mechanic artist that took such good care in maintaining my Outback.

Awesome shop! Both Kevin and Bill are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any and all of your questions. They have a team of kind and experienced mechanics which is nice when you have a vehicle that's more rust than car like mine. They don't push products or services on you, but will let you know their suggestions if any, and leave it at that. It's up to you if you want to take them up on it. Great place if you like things done right the first time 🙂

My new favorite place to get service for my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser. Rapid response, thorough, and friendly. Kevin was great to work with as he listened patiently to my layman’s diagnosis of a new battery tied to a bad alternator. I asked CMD to check my AC lines for leaks, got a recharge. Lastly, they inspected the undercarriage and brakes. Kevin made some recommendations but not described as showstoppers but to be cognizant of my brake pads; change them soon. Dropped off as a walk-in at 8:20, finished by 3:30 that afternoon. I’m super appreciative for the work they did and will be back for service because this old truck needs some TLC.

I've been a long-time customer of CMD, and their service, knowledge and quality of work never ceases to amaze me. Until now, when they serviced my 20 year old, recently purchased Wrangler TJ. I knew it needed some TLC, but CMD went above and beyond in getting my TJ running smoother than I ever expected. Much respect to the entire team there.
